That's what Technology Staging & Deployment does, in five steps. Buy in bulk for every site and brand while pricing works for your budget. Store it at CyberCrunch's secure, access-controlled facility for a flat monthly fee, inventoried by site and brand. Deploy on your rollout schedule, in site-by-site waves — your calendar, not the warehouse's. Install either way you like it: CyberCrunch technicians can complete the installation on-site, or sites that prefer to self-install receive the equipment ready to go. And step five is ITAD: the old tech retires as the new tech arrives, headed for certified destruction.
That last step is where the program becomes a full lifecycle solution, with two return paths. When our technicians install, they take the retiring equipment with them in the same visit — under chain of custody, for NAID AAA certified destruction with serialized certificates. When a site installs its own technology, the new equipment ships out together with a Mail Back box kit, and the site ships back the old device it's replacing. Either way there's no second vendor to coordinate and no second visit to schedule.
